1.3- Property Development Advisory - Best Use Analysis

The reasonably probable and legal use of vacant land or an existing property that is physically possible, appropriately supported, and financially feasible and that results in the highest value of the property.
Based on the location of the land/existing property provided by the customer, we provide a detailed and comprehensive best use analysis report for the property development.

2.0- Complete Architecture and Service Consultant Soutions

Subsequent to completion of Services 1.1 or 1.2, if required by the customer we also provide complete architecture and services consultant works.
Release of all good for construction drawings by our in house architect & service consultant (drawings like architectural, structural, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, Fire, Solar Panels, Landscape, Roads, etc). Release of item specification and item quantities. Release of Design Brief.

3.0- Turnkey Building solutions / Turnkey construction

• Subsequent to completion of Services 2.0, if required by the customer we also provide Turnkey Building Solutions.
